- Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Aufbau von Bestandskunden und systematische Gewinnung neuer Geschäftspartner im B2B-Umfeld
- Führung und Entwicklung eines kleinen Teams (4 Mitarbeitende)
- Entwicklung individueller Kundenlösungen und enge Begleitung strategischer Deals – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung
- Organisation von Auftragsabwicklung, Versand und Reklamationsmanagement
- Unterstützung bei der Prozessoptimierung von ERP-Systemen im Sales-Bereich zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Datenqualität
- Erstellung einer Budgetplanung für Sales & Marketing sowie Unterstützung bei der operativen Bedarfsplanung
- Gutes allgemeines Marketingverständnis und Überblick über relevante Marketingkanäle (SEO, SEA, Webshop, Newsletter, LinkedIn etc.)

Deine Aufgaben
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Marketing, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise mit erster Praxiserfahrung im Vertriebs- oder Marketingumfeld
- Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Marketing – idealerweise in den Bereichen Rohstoffe, Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, Lebensmittel oder Pharma
- Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung sowie Freude am Coaching und an der Weiterentwicklung eines kleinen Teams
- Erfahrung in der Angebots- und Vertragsgestaltung sowie im Umgang mit Forecasts, KPIs und Kalkulationen
- Solider Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
- Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Freude daran, Strukturen und Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verbindlichkeit und authentisches Auftreten – intern wie extern
- Reisebereitschaft (ca. 15 %) für nationale und internationale Standort-, Messe- und Kundenbesuche
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem hybriden Arbeitsmodell mit zwei Präsenztagen pro Woche am Standort Straßlach
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
